To improve literacy and library services, Nusa Putra University is preparing a new library building designed to apply modern systems and technology. Without hesitation, Nusa Putra will also collaborate with the University of Milan in Italy to become a partner and mentor in developing the library.

This was stated by Deputy Chancellor II Nusa Putra Nunik Destria Arianti during his visit to the University of Milan some time ago. According to Nunik, the parties have discussed cooperation schemes that will be developed in various academic aspects, including issues related to fulfilling learning resources such as libraries.

“Hopefully the University of Milan will act as a mentor in the future development of the Nusa Putra library. “Starting from the library layout, selecting a collection of reading materials, and applying the latest technology to provide efficient access and services for students and lecturers,” said Deputy Chancellor 2 Nusa Putra.

The Nusa Putra delegation for collaboration with several universities in Europe arrived in Italy and was welcomed by the leadership of the University of Milan. The University of Milan also admitted that they were happy to be able to synergize in developing academic quality in Nusa Putra in the future.

“Yes, we are welcome, we will work on many things together in the future. “Hopefully what we are trying to do can have a positive impact on Nusa Putra students,” concluded Nunik Destria Arianti
