Blood donor held by BEM (Student Organization) in collaboration with UKMK NPU on theme “Your Blood Saves Many Lives”, on Monday (20/06/2022) at the Auditorium of Nusa Putra University(NPU).
The event was attended by students, lecturers, and NPU staff. This activity can help the availability of blood stocks.
Blood Donor act went well and it was conducive, starting from checking in participants, weight weighing, filling out forms to taking turn to get checked into the B2B room. Prior to the donor, participants were checked for blood pressure to make sure it was normal, after the donor participants provided with some milk and snacks.
“Hopefully, in the future, if there is a next blood donor activity, possible participants are expected to attend it,” said Muhammad Syarifallah as the chief executive.
“At first I donate blood, it feels normal but after a while I feel dizzy, I join the donor because of humanity so I want to be more helpful for many people, I hope I can aid many people, also in the future there will be more valuable activities so that I can contribute to a lot people,” said Mutiara from the Accounting Study Program as a blood donor participant.
“Blood donor is humanity, especially since we experienced from yesterday’s covid, so let’s help each other,” said Nur Alim Bahri S.Ak M.Ak Lecturer in Accounting as a blood donor participant.
