National University Singapore Professor Presents Latest Research at Nusa Putra International Management and Accounting Conference

The Nusa Putra University Management and Accounting Study Program (Prodi) is holding the International Conference on Management, Accounting, and Economy (ICEMAC 2023) for the fourth time. This conference was held at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore on Thursday, 9 November 2023.

Hundreds of presenters attended the event including Prof. Dr. Johan Sulaeman, Director of, the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN) and Professor at the Department of Finance, National University Singapore. Appearing as the main speaker, Prof. Dr. Johan Sulaeman explained a number of his research findings entitled Pricing Environmental Impact in Stock Market.

President of ICEMAC 2023 NHK Fadilah explained that the presenters attending this event came from various universities including Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, State University of Malang, and National University Singapore as well as from several European and American universities. According to him, the enthusiasm of ICEMAC participants increased from previous years.

“This year there were more participants than in previous years, we received hundreds of papers which were then selected competitively and the papers presented today were selected,” said NHK Fadilah in Singapore.

It was further explained that the committee had selected several of the best papers and presenters including Nurhayati Sehab, Anisa Nurhidayati, Tina Agustina, Heliani: The Effect Of Return On Assets (ROA), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) And Rupiah Exchange Rate On Usd On Pt. Bank Central Asia Tbk For The Period 2013-2022. Siti Lailatuloh Rohmah, Lenni F. Nainggolan, Vina Alvionita, Wahyu Mulyady: Evaluation Of Production Risks Using The Sigma And Effect Analysis (FMEA) In Quality Control At Pt Busana Indah Global and Emma Yunika Puspasari, Noor Haslina, Pranti Sayekti, Andhika Yudha Pratama, Nur Anita Yunikawati, Sustainable Rural Development, Culture and Heritage Tourism Performance, lecturer at Malang State University and Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.

ICEMAC itself will be held again in 2024, taking place in Singapore and Thailand. As is known, Nusa Putra University has once again successfully held an international academic event entitled International Global Conferences in two countries, namely Malaysia and Singapore.

This annual event was held for five days from 5 to 9 November 2023. Undoubtedly, six conferences in the fields of science by study programs in Nusa Putra were successfully held and attended by hundreds of participants from students, lecturers, and practitioners from various countries. ( *)
