Nusa Putra University’s Computer Engineering Program Achieves Excellent Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM

Following its success in obtaining international accreditation from AQAS Germany, the Computer Engineering program at Nusa Putra University has once again demonstrated its commitment to advancing educational quality by receiving the Excellent Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM.

This accreditation is based on the decision of the Independent Accreditation Board for Informatics and Computer Sciences (LAM INFOKOM) number 114/SK/LAM-INFOKOM/Ak/S/VIII/2024, dated August 9, 2024. LAM INFOKOM is the agency responsible for evaluating and accrediting academic programs in the fields of informatics and computer sciences in Indonesia.

LAM INFOKOM plays a crucial role in ensuring that related academic programs meet national educational standards, enabling graduates to remain competitive in the information technology industry.

Ir. Somantri, ST., M.Kom., Head of the Computer Engineering Program at Nusa Putra University, expressed gratitude and appreciation for this achievement.

“Alhamdulillah, with profound gratitude, after obtaining international accreditation from AQAS Germany, the Computer Engineering Program has now received Excellent Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM in 2024. This accomplishment is a tangible testament to the program’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality in education, research, and community service in the field of Computer Engineering,” he stated.

Ir. Somantri also extended his thanks to everyone who contributed to this achievement. “With this milestone, the Computer Engineering Program will continue to innovate in the development of knowledge and technology, both nationally and internationally, producing graduates who are globally competitive and of high integrity,” he added.

This achievement further solidifies Nusa Putra University’s position as a private institution committed to high-quality higher education in Indonesia. With this accomplishment, it is hoped that the Computer Engineering Program will continue to drive innovations beneficial to the wider community and maintain competitiveness on a global scale.
