HRDU stands for Human Resources and Development Unit is a work unit under the control of the Vice Rector II who is responsible for planning the needs of education personnel.

The Financial and Accounting Unit (FAU) is a work unit under the coordination of the Vice Rector II who is responsible for recording,
financial management and reporting at UNP

GAU stands for General Affairs Unit is a work unit under the control of the Vice Rector II who is responsible for providing and maintaining infrastructure

CLU stands for Computer Laboratory Unit is a work unit under the control of the Vice Rector II who is responsible for managing the computer laboratory at UNP. Laboratory assistants are Education Personnel who work in laboratories and assist the teaching and learning process for undergraduate and postgraduate academic and vocational students, as well as lecturer research.

GA (General Administration / general administration) are all activities or forms of business that are closely related to various policy arrangements with the aim of achieving organizational targets at UNP. GAU stands for General Affairs Unit is a work unit under the control of the University Office which is responsible for managing all educational facilities and educational support facilities within the UNP environment.

SPBD stands for Strategic Planning and Business Development is a work unit under the University Office which is responsible for strategic planning and development of UNSP.

LS stands for Legal Service, which is a work unit under the University's Office which is responsible for compiling, researching legal documents/ law

CM stands for Communication and Marketing is a work unit under the University's Office which is responsible for managing and monitoring the strategy, planning, implementation and evaluation of all communication and marketing activities at Nusa Putra University.

ITI is an acronym for Information Technology & Infrastructure which is a work unit under the control of the University Office

Quality Asurance Unit

  1. Manage and maintain the quality assurance system (academic and non-academic) at  Nusa Putra University.
  2. Ensure that the design and development activities of the quality system document run well.
  3. Ensuring that the management system of Nusa Putra University is well managed.
  1. Provide adequate assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, risk management, effectiveness and efficiency of operations as well as to safeguard the assets at Nusa Putra University  at every level of the organization.
  2. Provide assurance and consultation that are independent and objective to the of Nusa Putra University. It aims to increase the value and operational performance of Nusa Putra University through a systematic approach, by evaluating the management system of Nusa Putra University, in order to provide added value through recommendations for improvement.
  3. Carry out the audit function to ensure that the procedures and policies in accounting, finance, facilities and infrastructure that have been established are carried out properly.
  4. Ensure strong and effective cooperation with internal and external parties.
  5. Ensure the best operational processes and services for all stakeholders.
